Programme terms
Partner programme terms.
1. Who is a partner
Any individual or legal entity whose application has been approved by HelpRent Phangan via the cabinet. Submitting an application and continuing to use a referral link means acceptance of these terms.
2. Commission
- 10% of our commission on each confirmed booking attributed to the partner. This is not 10% of the gross booking amount.
- A different percentage or a fixed THB amount may be agreed bilaterally and stored on the partner record.
- Commission accrues only when a booking reaches the confirmed status. Cancelled, no-show, or aborted bookings do not generate commission.
3. Attribution
- Standard attribution window: 30 days from the click on a referral link (90 days for long-term properties).
- Last-click: if the customer clicks links from multiple partners, the commission goes to the most recent one.
- Self-referral is prohibited. Bookings where the customer email/phone matches the partner's own contact info are voided and flagged as fraud attempts.
4. Hold and payouts
- 30-day hold between check-out and the moment commission becomes payable — buffer against chargebacks / refunds.
- Minimum payout: 1500 THB. Requested from the partner cabinet, processed within 1-2 business days.
- Supported methods: PromptPay, Wise, bank transfer (Thai bank), USDT TRC-20.
5. Taxes
- For Thai resident individuals we withhold 3% WHT per Section 40(8) of the Revenue Code; remitted to the Revenue Department; PND.3 issued.
- For non-residents: 15% WHT default, may be reduced by an applicable Double Tax Agreement (DTA).
- For VAT-registered companies: no WHT is withheld; the partner invoices us with VAT included.
6. Clawback
If a booking is cancelled (including no-show, chargeback, refund) after commission has accrued, the commission is voided. If it has already been paid out, we either deduct it from the next payout or request a return.
7. Forbidden
- Bidding on our brand keywords ("HelpRent Phangan", "helprentphangan", etc.) on any search engine PPC platform.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, fake clicks, or any artificial traffic-inflation techniques.
- Coupon-site and cashback-extension traffic (e.g. Honey, Karma) unless separately agreed.
- Spam — unsolicited email, comments, or push notifications.
- Disclosure of customer personal data accessed through our system.
8. Disclosure
The partner must label promoted content with #ad, #sponsored, #partner or equivalent per the applicable jurisdiction's law (UCPD in the EU, Thai Consumer Protection Act in Thailand). See the separate policy.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time by email notice. Accrued but unpaid commission (post-hold) is paid out within 30 days of termination.
10. Governing law
Thai law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bangkok unless otherwise required by statute.
